While we can't claim 'factory sealed' due to authorization constraints, they still come with up to 24-month OBSO warranty. Other suppliers may label this condition as Factory Sealed, Brand New, or New Never Used.

Our used items are fully tested and cleaned, but may vary in cosmetic appearance due to age and prior use. We don't claim to refurbish them to new condition, as that's often impossible and misleading.

They come with a 12-month OBSO warranty and our returns policy covers any unexpected issues.
