"This product is part of the Lexium ILA, ILE, ILS range, an offer of motion integrated drives for motion control. The motion integrated drive with a 6-pole AC synchronous servo motor features an integrated EtherNet/IP communication interface. It is equipped with a multiturn encoder (16384 points/turn x 4096 turns). Integration of the motor and the control electronics reduces the installation costs. The AC synchronous servo motor with a rated supply voltage of 24V to 48V DC, a peak current consumption of 8500mA and a nominal speed of 3400RPM at 48V. It provides high speed of rotation and medium torque with untapped shaft end. It is furnished with industrial connector for electrical connection. It is an IP41 (shaft bushing) and IP54 (total except shaft bushing) rated product. Its dimensions are 207.8mm (Length) x 57mm (Width), 9mm x 20mm shaft, centring collar dimensions are 1.6mm (Depth) x 50mm (Diameter) with 66.6mm circle diameter of the mounting hole. It weighs 1.7kg. It is suitable for printing, paper, packaging, handling, labelling, textile industry, electronics manufacture and medical technology applications. This product is certified by CE, TUV, CUL and UL. It meets EN/IEC 61800-3, EN 61800-3, 2001, second environment, IEC 60072-1, EN/IEC 50178, EN 61800-3, 2001-02, IEC 61800-3, Ed 2 and EN 50347 standards. It supports 57mm flange mount with a natural convection cooling system. Lexium integrated drives integrate motor, positioning controller, power electronics, fieldbus and safety function in a single device. Each motor technology offers a wide range of applications for decentralised motion solutions. The following operating modes can be set via the communication bus such as electronic gearbox (for drive ILA1x57 with single turn encoder), speed profile, manual (JOG), point-to-point and homing."
