What is the process for returning an item I purchased?

Please contact our Customer Care department by emailing [email protected] or you can find the contact number at the bottom of your order confirmation.


Please quote the reference number of your quotation/invoice, this can be found on your paperwork.

All products must be returned entirely complete, including all original manufacturer’s boxes with seals intact, packing materials, manuals, cables, and any other accessories provided by Obso Automation in the original shipment. 

Labels must not be attached to any manufacturer packaging as this will void any returns. 

Obso Automation reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete/damaged products.
