What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

If the incorrect part has been sent. 

If you receive items that do not match those ordered, you should contact us within seven days to arrange a collection and return within seven days. Failure to do so will void any returns. We will replace the incorrect part in the shortest time possible.

I no longer want or need the part. 

Obso Automation must be notified within seven days of delivery.

Obso Automation will offer a refund or credit note of up to 80% of the price excluding any delivery and return costs.

All products must be returned entirely complete, including all original manufacturer’s boxes with seals intact, packing materials, manuals, cables, and any other accessories provided by Obso Automation in the original shipment. Failure to do so will void any return.

We are unable to accept cancellations within any period for items that have been specially built, have special options, some current line items and specialist obsolete spare parts
